Maybe I don't need to wait until I get a nice digital camera. What do you think of these pictures? Perhaps I can start a food blog now and then really see how my pictures improve over the course of time? I took these pictures on a random day in a cafe in Italy. Not even using my own camera! I was doing field research actually and just taking pictures to remember the names of the pastries. Do they make you hungry?

I think the pics are great actually. And most point and shoot digi-cams are pretty decent, especially since you will be shooting closeup, inanimate objects.
